Browband: measured from the end of each loop, straight across. Even if the style is waved..

Noseband: measure as a circumference (around the inside circle ) when done up near the middle of the chin.

Headpiece: measure with the cheek pieces attached on the centered hole, (just below eye level)  Measure from bit, to bit, over the top of the horse's head.
